"Coincidence!!!!!"

I was very interested to read that a number of people have had a parking ticket for the Arnison Centre for being 31mins over the parking time. I too have received a ticket for exactly 31 mins overstay. I have appealed but it has been rejected. Like many others I will boycott the Arnison in future and I will advise all friends and family to do the same. Retailers be warned if this practice continues the footfall will drop! 4 hours is not long enough to do the centre justice!.
