"I DO NOT recommend this garage."

Had two front suspension arms fitted only, i bought the suspension arms myself. Was quoted, in his words, "£80 and your tracking is included in that". Took the car in and he charged me £120, asked why and he said, £80 fitting, plus tracking, plus VAT. So he obviously lied to me about the tracking been included and conveniently forgot to mention the VAT. Got the car back and there was a loud screeching noise when driving, especially when reversing. The screeching was impossible not to hear and he would have reversed the car off the lift in the garage so would have heard it but he obviously didn't give a damn and gave my car back to me and conveniently forgot to mention it. I took the wheels off and he had carelessly bent a piece of metal under the ball joint of the suspension arm which was grinding into the back of my disc brake, i fixed this myself, finishing the job for him. I now have a groove in the back of the disc brake caused by his carelessness. I DO NOT recommend this garage..
