"Hacked Off"

So I apparently can't have a coffee, do some shopping and have lunch with a friend that I haven't seen ​for a good six months without having to pay£45 for the privilege. Funny how I could be there six hours when I went on foot. I shall move my day with friends up to the dragonville retail park as their carpark doesn't have a surcharge for its usage..
