"Arrogant!"

I had the misfortune of dealing with this man chosen by the buyers of a house that I have sold to them. He somehow managed to 'misplace' a key and damage the other that were sent to him. He offered no reasonable or believable reason for this. I would advise prospective house sellers to not allow him access on his own. He also left a dirty footprint on a cream bedroom carpet!.
