"Horizon parking idiots -Arnison Centre Durham"

Reference parking charges -Arnison Centre - I have been pictured by Horizon parking and Charged £45 if i pay now or £80-if i wait -- they say i parked for 6 HOURS and 2 mins --- which is utter rubbish i poss visited the centre twice that day ! this is a joke and needs the attention of the Arnison management people.
